My approach to strength and mobility starts with listening to your body.
I believe every day is different, and training should reflect that. My goal is to help people move with confidence, trust their bodies, and build resilience through strength, mobility, and mindful movement.
Drawing on my experiences as an Olympian, coach, and someone who has navigated injuries firsthand, I take a whole-body approach to movement. Together, we focus on improving how you move, feel, and perform while creating sustainable habits that support long-term health and well-being.
I believe growth happens when we challenge ourselves with curiosity, compassion, and consistency.
